What stayed with me is the feeling that nothing in this piece remains fixed long enough to become separate from anything else.
The body, memory, language, childhood echoes, color, roots, mirrorsβ¦ everything keeps dissolving into everything around it without ever fully disappearing. Even the repetition begins to feel less like structure and more like breathing inside a dream that refuses to close. Thereβs something strangely tender in the way the self here never fully breaks apart, but keeps reforming through the overflow.
Thank you so much for reading so deeply and sharing such a thoughtful comment with me. You point to exactly what I hoped would come through in this piece. I didnβt want anything to feel entirely resolved or cohesive. I am especially glad you felt the tenderness in the movement. Thank you for being here.
Well that was a beautiful read, thanks Jacqueline
